Bryan S. Gunn, JD, CPA

Bryan leads the Iron Key Birmingham operations, coordinates client services, and works with clients to design and implement nonqualified executive plans. Bryan began his career with the company in April 2015.

Bryan has 38 combined years of experience in public accounting, private practice of law and executive management. Bryan received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law. Bryan is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer.

Bryan’s accounting experience includes all aspects of audit and tax services for public and private companies while at Pender Newkirk & Company (now Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors) and tax compliance and employee benefit issues at KPMG. His legal experience includes employee benefits, taxation, estate planning, probate and corporate transactions. His management experience includes serving as EVP/COO/CFO and General Counsel, as well as responsibility for human relations, information technology, development and communications in for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Bryan serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of two Birmingham charitable organizations that focus on homelessness and hunger issues.
