Rebecca is a Plan Services Manager for Iron Key. She began her career with the company in February 2007.

Rebecca has extensive experience assisting clients with all aspects of bank and company owned life insurance and nonqualified benefit plans, including monthly reporting, death claims, annual BOLI board reporting packages, audit confirmations, benefit plan accruals, participant statements, payroll reporting, and regulator and auditor questions.

Prior to joining Iron Key, Rebecca worked in public accounting for 11 years with Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, and Warren, Averett, Kimbrough, & Marino and 17 years with various private and publicly held corporations. Her primary focus was corporate income tax compliance and accounting. Rebecca received her B.S. in Accounting and MBA from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer.
