Shannon is a Plan Services Manager for Iron Key. She began her career with the company in February 2025. 

Shannon has extensive experience assisting clients with all aspects of bank and company owned life insurance and nonqualified benefit plans, including monthly reporting, death claims, annual BOLI board reporting packages, audit confirmations, benefit plan accruals, participant statements, payroll reporting, and regulator and auditor questions.

Before joining Iron Key, Shannon worked as the Director of Operations & Client Services for Executive Benefits Network. She received her B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Shannon is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Provider and holds her FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations.
